All delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to stock availability, supplier lead times and external factors beyond our control.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Certain ASIC miners may be sold on a pre-order basis due to manufacturer release schedules.

Delays caused by manufacturers or customs clearance are outside our control

6. Risk and Title
Risk in goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery.
You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Title to goods passes only once full payment has been received.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If goods arrive damaged:

Note the damage with the courier where possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to make a claim with the courier.
