These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by The Bitcoin Miner Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website and direct sales channels.

By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.

1. Products and Services

We supply:

  • ASIC cryptocurrency mining hardware

  • Associated equipment and accessories

  • Setup and configuration services

  • Power, safety and infrastructure guidance

  • Network and account setup

  • Mining consultancy and farm planning

  • Wholesale supply

All product descriptions, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Mining profitability is dependent on external variables including but not limited to network difficulty, Bitcoin price, power costs and regulatory developments. We do not guarantee profitability or return on investment.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order is not legally binding until we issue written confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Limit quantities supplied

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

Prices:

  • May include or exclude VAT (as clearly indicated)

  • Do not include delivery charges unless stated

  • Are subject to change prior to order confirmation

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of supplier price changes, currency fluctuations or import cost variations prior to confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers

  • Customs clearance

  • Carriers

  • Force majeure events

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods transfers only when full payment has been received.

You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that appropriate arrangements are made to receive the goods.

5. Installation and Electrical Requirements

ASIC mining equipment requires appropriate electrical infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Electrical capacity is sufficient

  • Compliance with UK safety regulations

  • Adequate ventilation and environmental conditions

We accept no liability for damage or loss arising from improper installation or unsuitable site conditions.

Professional electrical installation is strongly recommended.

6. Services

Where we provide consultancy, configuration or setup services:

  • Advice is provided in good faith and based on information available at the time

  • You remain responsible for operational decisions

  • No guarantee is given regarding mining output or financial performance

Remote services may require secure access credentials, which must be provided at your own risk.

7. Returns and Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.1 Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)

You may have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for a refund, provided:

  • The goods are unused

  • The goods are returned in original condition and packaging

Certain items may be excluded from cancellation rights, including:

  • Custom-configured hardware

  • Special order items

  • Opened or used electrical equipment

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

7.2 Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK law.

8. Business Customers

If you are purchasing in the course of business:

  • Cooling-off rights do not apply

  • All sales are final unless otherwise agreed

  • Liability limitations in Section 10 apply in full

Wholesale and trade accounts may be subject to separate contractual terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, mining revenue, opportunity or business interruption

Cryptocurrency mining is inherently volatile and commercially risky.

10. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.

We do not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

Warranty claims may require return to manufacturer and may be subject to their inspection and approval process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, branding, graphics and materials, remains our property or that of our licensors.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Government restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Transport delays

  • Natural disasters

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
